Technical features
FRONTAL LOADING
Front insertion and removal of standard European‑type tools, in both orientations, with automatic engagement in the open clamping system. No limits on tool length, shape or number. Automatic seating against the reference stop.
TECHNICAL DATA
- Clamping unit height: 100 mm / 120 mm / 150 mm
- Bending axis: 7 mm / 20 mm
FLEXIBILITY
A single lever per module clamps all tools—both front and rear—lifting them into position and locking them against the reference planes for perfect alignment. In the locked position, the lever has no protrusions. Release: opening the lever unlocks all tools. The system prevents accidental disengagement with complete safety. Removal: each tool is removed individually by lifting to the stop, applying a slight rotation and sliding downward. No additional effort is required beyond the tool’s own weight.
Dual orientation
Tools can be mounted upside‑down from the press front: each tool segment can be installed in either front or rear orientation (180° rotation), depending on bending requirements.

Dynamic Workstation Zone: Equipped with Speed Grip Manual Double clamping units complete with rear quick‑release bracket. Here the operator can mount punches in both directions to perform complex bends, box bending or profiles requiring tool inversion.

Standard Workstation Zones: Equipped with Speed Grip Smart Hybrid clamping units without rear quick‑release bracket. These zones are intended for standard linear bends that do not require inverted tool mounting.

TOTAL MODULARITY: If bending needs change in the future, Smart Hybrid modules in standard zones can be upgraded with a rear quick‑release bracket.
